一个Symantec AntiVirus 客户端在windows xp 系统上的错误提示：

"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error!
Program: D:\Program Files\Symantec AntiVirus\Rtvscan.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please conrtact the application's support team for more information."

其中，Program字段后面接的当然是Rtvscan.exe的存在路径，也就是SAV安装的路径。

这个提示很是误导人，因为最后一句是“Please conrtact the application's support team for more information”，让人觉得是SAV的问题，其实不然，这个问题是出在操作系统本身。解决的办法是在能正常安装及运行SAV的winxp上C\windows\system32\下搜索msvc.dll,然后仔细察看每个dll文件的属性，把描述里带Microsoft® C++ Runtime Library的都覆盖拷贝到有错误提示的winxp客户机，或者你直接把搜索msvc.dll得到的所有dll文件覆盖拷贝到有错误提示的winxp客户机。
