版本为SymantecAntiVirus 10.1.5。查看Symantec System Center时发现2台桌面机丢失扫描引擎，且在桌面机重装SAV不能解决问题，鉴于以前也遇到过这样的问题，特把方法整理下写出来供大家参考：

以操作系统为Windows XP，系统分区为C盘，SAV安装路径为D:\Program Files为例。
1、卸载Symantec AntiVirus客户端，可能需要输入SAV管理员设置的卸载密码。
2、删除下列三个文件夹：C:\Program Files中的Symantec文件夹、C:\Program Files\Common Files中的Symantec Shared文件夹 和 D:\Program Files中的Symantec AntiVirus文件夹。
3、安装Symantec AntiVirus客户端。
